All inspections include:
Computerized report including digital photos that will be emailed within 24 hours of the inspection, clients will also recieve a hard copy of the report in a binder which will also include a home maintenance checklist, and other informative information that will be either hand delivered or mailed depending on clients location within 1 to 2 business days if requested.
We will perform inspections 7 days a week.ALL FEES ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION, OR WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF THE DATE OF INSPECTION. A $50.00 LATE PAYMENT BILLING FEE WILL BE APPLIED AFTER THE SEVEN (7) DAYS.
