Revisits are charged at $50.00 an hour with a minimum of one hour.
                         
              
                                                      

All inspections include:

Computerized report including digital photos that will be emailed within 24 hours of the inspection, clients will also recieve a hard copy of the report in a binder which will also include a home maintenance checklist, and other informative information that will be either hand delivered or mailed depending on clients location within 1 to 2 business days if requested. We will perform inspections 7 days a week.
