I am Frank Phillips a certified Home Inspector through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi) www.nachi.org. I have earned the Master Home Inspector and New Build Specialist designations from Hondros College.  I have accumulated over 10 years of experience in remodeling as well as experience in building both custom and prefabricated homes in and around the Columbus and Lancaster, Carroll, Circleville Ohio areas. This experience combined with my qualifications and continued education assures Phillips Inspection Services clients will receive an educated, experienced, and thorough home inspection.
