We can bypass the contingency upon inspection seeming that the inspection would have already been performed. This is a great opportunity for those who are aggressively in the search for a new home. You will know within 24 hours of the condition of the property and base your offer off of that instead of making a offer without the inspection information.  Normally what happens, is you find a home and you go into contract, and after the inspection you find that there are more issues than what you were intending and the time it takes to negotiate and get problems rectified you have more time wrapped up in this than what you would have liked. Now all the sudden doubt begins to set in. If you decide to pull out and go back to look at previous properties you were interested in you find out that they may have already sold or are in contract.
