More than likely your lender is going to require a termite or wood destroying organism inspection. I am state licensed through the Ohio Department of Agriculture to perform such inspections.  I service all of Central Ohio when conducting Termite inspections alone, and will service anywhere within the State of Ohio for general home inspections.
